Native text drafts
The request form formats what you enter into a text-message draft addressed to (352) 789-5999. The site does not send that message. You review and send it in your device's Messages application.
Email delivery
When website email delivery is active, the form first sends the same request details to Rod Shine through Resend. Messages opens only after Resend accepts the email. If that email is not accepted, the page shows an error and does not claim the request was received.
What gets emailed
The email includes the form details, a request ID, and the time received. If you enter an email address, Rod Shine can reply to it. The site does not keep a separate customer database.
No website image upload
This site does not collect or store vehicle photos. If you attach a photo in Messages, it is handled by your messaging service and the recipient's phone.
No text delivery tracking
The browser cannot confirm whether a native text was sent, delivered, or read. The site confirms only that it opened a draft and reminds you to press Send.
External pages
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, maps, email, phone, messaging, and Resend are controlled by their respective services. Their terms apply when those services handle your request.
